Create dynamic PowerShell scripts and execute them remotely on connected systems from within Gorelo View, as well as interact with alerts generated from the Gorelo RMM Agent or third-party sources. Establish hierarchical asset management policies and let the Gorelo Agent distribute and apply them across the IT infrastructure you are managing. Set up checks on nodes to receive notifications when an essential endpoint goes offline or recovers.

Gorelo provides a comprehensive ticketing solution with real-time notifications, custom billing, automations, and more. Technicians no longer have to seek out information; the system automatically updates them in real-time. Gorelo provides powerful communication and collaboration features to make dealing with tickets easier. Create and apply checklists to tickets and ensure that no steps are missed. Gorelo’s flexible contract management allows a variety of billing scenarios. Gorelo also integrates with QuickBooks and Xero to ensure your accounting system is always up to date.
